Terms and Conditions

  1. Scope
    These terms and conditions apply to all contracts between HEYMYBODY.shop and the customer regarding orders of goods in our online shop.

  2. Contracting parties
    The contract is concluded with HEYMYBODY.shop, represented by RHG Group GmbH, Jahnplatz 8, 6800 Feldkirch.

  3. Ordering process
    3.1. The customer can select goods from the online shop's product range and add them to the shopping cart. Before completing the order, the customer must accept the terms and conditions and provide their contact details on the order page.
    3.2. By submitting the order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the selected goods. The contract is concluded when HEYMYBODY.shop confirms the customer's order by sending an order confirmation via email.

  4. Prices and shipping costs
    4.1. All prices in the online shop are quoted in euros (€) and include statutory VAT.
    4.2. Shipping costs are shown on the order page and will be communicated to the customer before the order is completed.

  5. payment
    5.1. The customer can choose between different payment options offered on the order page.
    5.2. Payment of the purchase price is due immediately upon completion of the order.
    5.3. If the customer defaults on payment, HEYMYBODY.shop is entitled to charge reminder fees.

  6. Delivery
    6.1. Delivery time is usually 3-5 working days, unless otherwise stated.
    6.2. Delivery will be made to the delivery address provided by the customer. 6.3. If delivery is not possible, HEYMYBODY.shop will inform the customer immediately.

  7. Right of withdrawal
    7.1. The customer has a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.
    7.2. The exact conditions for the right of withdrawal are listed in our cancellation policy.

  8. Warranty
    8.1. The statutory warranty provisions apply.
    8.2. The goods must be inspected for defects immediately upon delivery. If the goods are defective, HEMYBODY.shop must be notified immediately.

  9. Data protection
    9.1. We use the data provided by the customer only for processing the order and maintaining the customer relationship.
    9.2. The data protection regulations are listed in our privacy policy.

  10. Final Provisions
    10.1. Austrian law applies.
    10.2. Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
